Windows 365 will undergo maintenance on May 9, 2026, from 02:00 to 04:00 UTC, causing intermittent interruptions in managing Cloud PCs via Microsoft Intune admin center and Windows App on web. Users connected to Cloud PCs won't be impacted. Notifications and support details will follow.
We have service maintenance planned for your Windows 365 account to improve the experience and performance in the recovery process during potential outages. Intermittent interruptions will occur for a portion of the maintenance period, starting on May 9, 2026. Specific dates and times will follow in subsequent communication 5 days prior to your scheduled maintenance. This will impact your ability to manage and use your Cloud PCs in Microsoft Intune admin center and Windows App on web.
