MC1385582: Notifications Delivery Tracker for immediate Community announcements

A new Notifications Delivery Tracker is now available for immediate Community announcements in Viva Engage. This capability provides communicators with real-time visibility into the delivery status of announcement notifications—helping ensure critical updates are delivered as expected and improving confidence in communications reach. With this tracker, communicators can monitor when notifications are preparing, sending, and have completed delivery after an announcement is published.

[Rollout Schedule:]

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in early July 2026 and expect to complete by early July 2026.

Who is affected: Communicators and leaders who publish immediate Community announcements in Viva Engage.

Platforms/Services: Viva Engage (Community announcements)

What will happen:

• Communicators will have a tracker that shows notification delivery status after an immediate Community announcement is published.
• The tracker will show statuses such as preparing, sending, and completed delivery.
• This feature is available only for the immediate Community announcement option.
• This feature does not include regular Community announcements.
