Microsoft Teams Rooms: Refreshed Analytics

What and why

We are refreshing the Analytics & Reports experience in the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal with an updated design and simplified navigation. New Room analytics and Desk analytics navigation options will make it easier for admins to access workplace data and insights to help optimize spaces, improve operations, and make informed decisions.

Rollout schedule

  • General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in early December 2026 and is expected to complete by late January 2027.

  • Recommended Actions will be renamed to Recommendations.
