Enhanced Slide Navigation with Up and Down Arrow Keys in PPT Live

What and why

PowerPoint Live now supports the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys for navigating between slides during a presentation. This enhancement gives presenters additional, familiar keyboard options and makes slide navigation easier and more intuitive.

Rollout schedule

  • General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): Rollout began in mid-August 2026 and is expected to be completed by early September 2026.
