Microsoft Dragon Copilot – Microsoft Dragon Copilot 4.0 is now available

Microsoft Dragon Copilot 4.0 has reached general availability.

How does this affect me?

Dragon Copilot 4.0 now delivers diagnosis-specific suggestions, grounded in clinical context and evidence directly within your documentation workflow. This feature helps clinicians capture precise detail at the point of care, supporting compliant coding and reimbursement accuracy. Diagnosis specificity is currently not supported in ambient workflows that use structured plans or diagnosis-aware notes.

Diagnosis-specific suggestions are disabled by default, giving your organization time to evaluate, plan, and prepare end user training before implementing functionality into your workflows.

Other features in this release include customizable template support for structured plans, a new chronological HPI style option, and several improvements to administrative and analytics features.
