MC1357048: Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales - View Sales Development agent metrics in Sales agent
We are announcing the ability for agent managers to track Sales Development agent performance using Sales agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot. This feature will reach public preview on June 22, 2026.
How does this affect me?
Sales agent provides insights to help agent managers understand how the Sales Development agent is performing. It surfaces performance data in one place; making it easier to evaluate agent effectiveness and identify where support or adjustments are needed. It allows agent managers to view key Sales Development agent metrics, such as:
- Leads reached out to
- Leads escalated
- Leads handed off
Agent managers can also drill down into individual leads the agent is working on. This gives you a detailed view of each lead, including an overview of activity and communication history.
