MC1324282: Support for disabling file previews in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams will add a user-level setting to disable file previews, enabled by default. Rolling out June 2026, this applies per user and per client without admin action. Users can manage this under Settings > Files and links, with no changes to data storage or permissions.
