MC1319208: Microsoft Outlook: External email tag now supported in Inbox Rules
Outlook Inbox Rules now support the External email tag from the ExternalInOutlook feature, allowing users to organize and prioritize external emails automatically. This rollout begins in June 2026 for all Outlook platforms with no required user action, enhancing rule management and productivity.

We're enhancing Outlook Inbox Rules by allowing the External email tag to be used as a rule condition.
