We are announcing the ability to boost agent performance with optimal tool execution paths in Dynamics 365 ERP MCP in Finance and operations apps. This feature will reach public preview on May 25, 2026.

How does this affect me?
This feature enhancement to the Dynamics 365 ERP MCP server improves performance and accuracy of tool calls by optimizing the sequence of tool executions for agentic operations. The orchestration can select the tool execution sequence and can include more tool calls than are required, improving performance and accuracy of the server response.
