How does this affect me?
Your environment may experience a period of downtime during the maintenance window. During this time, you may observe the following:

  • Customer-facing channels, including Voice and Messaging, may experience a service interruption. This will prevent new conversations from being started, and any open or active conversations will be automatically closed before the maintenance window starts.
  • Customer service representatives won’t be able to sign in, send messages, or accept new conversations until the maintenance window has ended.

What action do I need to take?
Communicate with your customer service representatives to close any active conversations prior to the start of the listed maintenance window start time. We also advise that you turn off your customer-facing channels until the listed maintenance window end time.
