MC1141637: Dynamics 365 for Sales - End of support for Microsoft Copilot Immersive experience and Email reminder features
The immersive experience for Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales will be deprecated. Along with this change, the email reminder ("Show emails that need follow up") will also be removed. These changes will take effect based on your region:
- APJ: September 19, 2025
- EUR: September 26, 2025
- NAM: October 3, 2025
How does this affect me?
Following the deprecation of the email reminder feature, you will no longer be able to view the emails that need follow-ups in the Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales app.
After the deprecation of the Copilot immersive experience feature, you will no longer be able to select, view, or use Copilot option in app’s site map. However, you may utilize the Copilot side pane for supported functions, allowing banner summaries to appear within context rather than in an immersive canvas.

Please plan for internal announcements, tooltips, and team briefings ahead of the removal timeframe.
