We’re updating the Event scheduling experience with a refreshed user interface and new Copilot capabilities to streamline meeting creation and improve usability for end users.

- Public Preview: Rolling out mid-August 2025 – mid-September 2025
- Targeted Release: Rolling out mid-August 2025 – mid-September 2025
- General Availability: Rolling out mid-September 2025 – mid-November 2025
