MC1112131: Dynamics 365 Commerce - Discover retail statement insights using Copilot summaries

We are announcing the ability to discover retail statement insights using Copilot summaries in Dynamics 365 Commerce. This feature will reach general availability on July 31, 2025.

How does this affect me?
This feature utilizes Copilot to generate a comprehensive summary of insights derived from your posted and unposted statements. These insight summaries include the count of transactions affected, total sales amount of the statements, risks such as transactions with returns without receipts, expense transactions, price overrides, and more. Additionally, for each failed statement, Copilot will generate a synopsis of the error to help you easily understand the issue.

This feature will be made available in Dynamics 365 Commerce version 10.0.41. It will also be included in versions 10.0.38, 10.0.39, and 10.0.40 through proactive quality updates (PQU) after the feature reaches general availability.

What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required. Please note that this feature will be enabled by default. However, administrators can disable it, or re-enable it, using the Feature management workspace in Commerce headquarters.
