About the Author

Hi there, my name is Chris. I'm 26, and currently living in South Yorkshire, England.

I work as a Senior Systems Administrator for a company called Trebbi in Sheffield, England. My day-to-day job entails providing escalated IT support, delivering IT projects, and solving problems with on-premises and cloud environments. Even though software development isn't something I've been specifically trained in, I'm also an iOS developer! Building personal apps, and business apps for my workplace.

I specialise in cloud infrastructure, it's where I find myself most comfortable, and where I find most enjoyment! Ranging from Microsoft 365 to Azure, to Python and Swift, you'll find me dabbling in anything and everything I can get my hands on.

You'll often find me playing around with my Microsoft 365/Entra ID tenant, testing new features, cloud products, and seeing what I can break!

• Marvelist API: the backend REST API the Marvelist app relies on to store and access user information. Developed in Python and running on Azure Functions.
• The Tophhie Cloud API: a series of APIs providing different functions, including:
  • IP address checker
  • Fetch Entra ID tenant information
  • Entra ID IDs converter (object ID <-> SID)
  • The aka.tophhie.cloud redirections
  • Tophhie Cloud contact VCF generator
• Trebbi Employee Companion App: the work employee app allowing staff to access business information, and perform personnel requests.
• SharePoint Greetings Web Part: a SharePoint web add-in that allows you to configure custom greetings and messages on SharePoint pages, displaying the user's name and profile photo.
